Technical Product Owner (m/w/d) with Scrum Responsibilities

You are primarily responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing the requirements of a software project. Are you passionate about working across diverse industries, supporting our customers and employees, understanding their needs, and translating them into detailed and precise requirements specifications?

Your mission
  • You participate in the creation of sprint planning and user stories, prioritization requirements, and specification features

  • You are a role model and exemplify the self-organized and agile way of working and sharing methodical know-how

Technical part

  • Responsible for the further development of the SaaS product

  • Coordination with internal departments and external partners

  • Accompanying release and change processes for IT implementations

  • Designing technical solutions with the engineering department that let us scale and maintain our product during rapid growth

Business part

  • Collect requirements and analyze them with all stakeholders

  • Visualization of requirements and processes

  • Responsible for iteratively improving our agile processes 
    to develop a scalable technical software product 

Your profile

As a Technical Product Owner, you ensure that our delivery remains focused and efficient by making decisive choices with the engineering teams and saying 'no' when necessary to ensure valuable and maintainable outcomes within each deliverable in time.


  • Strong communication. Moderation and even presentation skills

  • A pronounced solution orientation, and an eye for the big picture as well as the details

  • Experience in scrum mastering, project management, or requirements engineering in the startup environment

    • Ideally, already experienced in participating in change processes

  • Completed IT education (HTL, Uni, FH) or a high affinity for software development is a benefit

  • Open personality with a structured and efficient way of working

  • Ideally Knowledge and Experience with agile working methods

  • Positive energy, passion for Scrum & agility

As the company language is English, a perfect knowledge of German and English is required.

On top we offer a competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 60.844,- gross per year. 

But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!

Actual salary:

Between EUR 61.000 -  70.000 annual gross, depending on qualifications and experience.
